You guys rock!

I love this place, recently got new neighbors, so the noise level has increased, but hopefully that will subside after they get settled. Other than that, the staff is amazing and they keep the yard looking pristine!! I feel a bit spoiled living here

Peaceful and Quiet

The community is nice and quiet on the outskirts of town. Its a few blocks from Johnson Park, and is perfect for taking walks and enjoying the scenery. Staff is nice and I really enjoy my neighbors. For the most part, everyone keeps to themselves and I’m left to enjoy myself in peace. I love it here.

Great townhomes!

We moved in during August of 2023, and we have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The layout is functional and conducive to having guests over and the location has allowed us to work from home without distraction. Our dog has been welcomed into the community (which was difficult to find in other rental properties) and the homes are beautiful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Furthermore, the staff running the property are so wonderful and friendly. There was a water break caused by the weather during our first month here and they went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable while everything was fixed in a prompt manner. The only thing I would say is the hardwood floors make sound travel between units more than if it were carpeted but I would much rather have the hardwood! Overall, great upgrade from our last place and we plan on staying for a while!
